Turn is the new wave of using a car — subscription. You can shop, get approved and pay for your subscription and return it at any time. It is vehicle usage without the traditional risks associated with vehicle ownership, financing or leasing.

A variety of high-quality, off-lease pre-owned cars and SUVs are available.

Currently, the services are available in select locations in California including the Greater Los Angeles area and Orange County.

Once you have submitted a subscription request, you’ll be connected to the Turn Operator to determine your eligibility, finalize subscription paperwork, and make delivery arrangements that suit you.

The starter payment is calculated based on the value of the vehicle and is required to subscribe to the vehicle. This payment is non-refundable unless you return the vehicle within 24 hours of delivery.

You can return the car within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund of the starter payment and initial monthly payment.

You will be billed monthly in advance, with the first monthly payment and starter payment due at the time of subscription.

When you subscribe to a car, you'll need to provide a payment method that will be used for charges and fees related to your subscription such as the starter payment and monthly payments. You’ll be able to update your payment method anytime in My Account.

Transactions with Turn will appear on your bank statements with a description that will generally include the type of charge, the vehicle name, and a month if the charge is for a monthly payment.

All payment method information and payments are securely managed through Stripe.

Turn will never store or have access to your card number.

Contentful - You are responsible for properly maintaining your car, but your subscription covers basic maintenance.

You should bring your car in to your Turn Dealer for service and maintenance as per manufacturer requirements. The costs are included in your subscription, except for abnormal wear and tear or abuse.

Basic maintenance included in your subscription covers oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
